We accept returns for- reasons such as changing your mind or if the item doesn't suit your home. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

The lovely footstool arrived this morning. I'm really pleased with the quality and workmanship. The colour is good - it doesn't quite match our leather sofas as it is a lighter shade but it is as I expected from the description and photos. It arrived quickly and packaged reasonably well but I have deducted one star as the bottom of the box was open when delivered by Royal Mail. Luckily there was no damage. One strip of tape top and bottom was probably not sufficient unfortunately. Great footstool though and I would definitely buy again and highly recommend. PS Thoroughly enjoyed the complementary biscuits - a lovely touch. Thank you.
